How does agencies typically gather feedback and what are their challenges?

No Set Process

During the survey, I was able to capture that majority of agencies are utilizing some sort of project management tools in their feedback processes.


Almost every companies using Slack as their main messenger app.


However, some smaller agencies often don't have a set feedback processes.

We use a standard ticketing tool, but the biggest problem with that is that we then get a bunch of redundant tickets.

We don't really have a set process. I would say it ends up being “the path of least resistance” for our clients.

As we just looked it up, since their feedback processes involve multiple tools, the majority of their pain points relate to the amount of time spent organizing feedback from them.


Meanwhile, conversations can easily get lost.


Some also mentioned that they have experienced inefficiency in communication because it's hard to understand which specific parts their client is referring to.

Spends too much time creating cards in project management tools like Jira, Github issues, Pivotal Tracker, Asana, etc.
